These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 226phfun ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("you," "the Player," or "the User") who accesses, registers with, or uses the 226phfun online gaming platform available at https://226phfun.vip and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, "the Platform").

To access the full range of 226phfun services, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 226phfun Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 226phfun will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
• Identity Verification (KYC) ): 226phfun may require you to complete identity verification procedures ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Updates: You must promptly notify 226phfun of any changes to your registered information by contacting our support team. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in account restrictions.

226phfun supports a range of Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.

• Deposits: Deposits are credited to your account upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. 226phfun does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Verified accounts using GCash or PayMaya typically receive funds within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank. 226phfun reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day. These limits are displayed in your account dashboard and may be adjusted based on your account verification status and VIP tier.
• Source of Funds: All funds deposited into your 226phfun account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 226phfun reserves the right to return funds to their source if this condition is not met.
• Anti-Money Laundering: 226phfun complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities and to freeze accounts pending investigation where required by law.

226phfun reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of verification procedures or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, we will notify you as promptly as practicable.

226phfun offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the terms of each promotion. Real-money funds are used before bonus funds in all wagering calculations.

• Modification and Withdrawal: 226phfun reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to players who have accepted a bonus in good faith.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 226phfun Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live poker or other multiplayer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors may be voided.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.

All content on the 226phfun Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform ("Content"), is the property of 226phfun or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content without prior written consent from 226phfun.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Content.
• Use any Content for commercial purposes or in any manner that competes with 226phfun's business.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any Content.

Any unauthorised use of the Content terminates the licence granted herein and may constitute an infringement of 226phfun's intellectual property rights, for which 226phfun reserves all legal remedies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 226phfun, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions, or system errors beyond 226phfun's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information or content provided on the Platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

226phfun's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 226phfun account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 226phfun's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

226phfun reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• At your own request, including for responsible gaming purposes.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and provided no fraud investigation is pending.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.
